His quote was competitive and he gave some important additional advice and recommendations that others didn't mention. He fitted the boiler within days with no fuss or bother. I was left without heating and hot water due to a combination of issues with my gas meter and (it turned out) sludge in my radiators which have not been serviced in ages. I called Sean at 9.00 and he fitted me in for a same day appointment. Better still he was upfront and completely transparent about his call out charges and took time to discuss with me various options available for new boilers when it comes time to replace this one.
