Nothing but positive things to say about Greg and his team at GPD. They responded quickly to my call about my faulty boiler. I was more impressed that Greg himself offered some over the phone support to help me reset the boiler in the first instance without the need for him to come over at a charge. When the boiler didn't fire up after the reset Greg was round the very next morning to diagnose the problem. He was aware i had children at the property and he was very sympathetic so much so that he made me feel like I was his only priority. He pin pointed the problem quickly and rectified the issue without drama. I was back up and running within the hour. What i found most pleasing is that Greg took the time to explain on paper what the problem was and what he had done, it was a simple fix for him but he realized that not all of us are highly qualified and experienced heating engineers. He spoke in simple terms and it allowed me to understand why the problem had occurred. Thanks to all the team again. I without hesitation recommend this company to everyone.

We have a cracked bathroom sink and asked in the local area and were recommended here He came and measured up and we also asked for quotes on another couple of not small jobs at least to us. We sent our e mail and texts Nearly 4 weeks later still have heard nothing. Not the way to run a business. N
