Oli is both friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He has helped me out twice and on both occasions has responded quickly (even late at night to panicked texts) and made every effort to get to me within 24 hours often less. He has reassured me throughout, kept in constant contact and ensured I fully understood the problem and the work carried out.

We used Oli some years back and was so impressed we saved his card. This week the pipe from the hot tap on the bath disconnected. We called Oli and was here in about an hour. The bath was panelled in and I expected quite a bill and a mess. Wrong on both accounts. He removed and replaced the panelling and put in a new pipe. 5 star job and a lot less than I expected.
