Dan and the team carried out a complete renovation of my very tired Victorian terrace, including a full rebuild and extension of the back part of the property. I put full trust in Dan and he didn't let me down. He was reliable, kept me informed and was honest and transparent throughout. The project was long and felt gruelling at times, but I knew Dan and team were working really hard to give me the best result possible. I now have a beautiful home thanks to their hard work. And I always feel comfortable asking Dan for advice, recommendations, or to come back to do some odd jobs or smaller projects on my property.

Hiring Dan and his team for a major refit of our Californian style bungalow has proved to be the best decision of the whole project. A process that is traditionally fraught with difficulties has been anything but, we have enjoyed the whole process and this is entirely down to Dan and the guys. We found Dan extremely knowledgeable about alternative heating, insulation and quality building methods. The team were well-organised and very hard working. The guys kept the lines of communication open throughout the process, always discussing upcoming decisions that had to be made so that we had plenty of time to make these. They delivered simple cost effective, quality solutions to a number of tricky design problems. The quality finish of the job and the way the job has run equals great value for money. Dan was extremely sympathetic to a tight budget, kept cost under control so that we came in on target. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan and can’t thank him enough for the amazing space that is now our home.

Dan and the team did a limecrete floor in our house, and allowed us to help out as we were keen to learn, and they also taught us the ropes for some repointing. Dan was extremely professional and conscientious, clearly extremely knowledgeable about sustainable building materials and techniques, and they were also really good fun to have around while the work was completed. The work was completed to a very high standard and the price was also by far the cheapest quote we received. Dan has also been kind enough to offer advice regarding our ongoing building work. Really couldn't recommend them any more highly. 5*

Dan's done everything in our whole house refurb from small jobs to £30k restructures and installing demand led ventilation. He's lent me tools when I've needed them and taught me how to do jobs myself to save money. The guys have a real attention to detail and really care about the sustainability side. We now have a kitchen worktop from used snooker table slate (gorgeous) and an island from reused oak from restaurant staircases. Can't recommend them highly enough. Will continue to use them for the remaining work on our complete refurb.

Dan and his guys carried out a loft conversion on my Victorian terrace. Dan was flexible, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, came when he said he would and was tidy. Couldn't recommend him more. If you want a builder you can work with rather than against Dan is your man.
