I asked Greg to knock down a wall dividing my kitchen and living room to make it an open plan space, fit new kitchen units and re-floor the whole flat. He completed these tasks to a very high standard. Greg is professional, timely and thorough. I would recommend him to others.

Greg was recommended to me by a friend - to re-fit my bathroom. We had to wait a few months for Greg to be free (always a good sign I think) - and having seen the end-product, I cannot speak highly enough about Greg! He always arrived and left when he said he would, the work was completed a few days early - and that included additional bits of work I asked him to do (put up new facia boards a on our extension, fix an indoor damp problem, fill/paint some exterior masonry cracks, fix a security light). I am so happy with the bathroom refit, Greg sets himself high quality standards, he is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail. He kept me up to date on progress regularly and always asked me/gave me options when unforeseen issues came up. Greg is also very friendly - he always responded quickly to my messages and gave me loads of advice on DIY that I was planning. I can honestly say that Greg has been the best tradesman I have hired - and I will definitely call on him again in the future - ten out of ten!

Greg did a bathroom renovation and floor levelling for me. Several things stand out about Greg compared to other builders I have worked with. 1) It's clear Greg takes pride in his work, he gives sound advice based on past work done and always wants to deliver work that will be sound for many years to come. 2) He is a problem solver - When finding the inevitable surprises you expect with a renovation Greg would always come up with a solution before getting in contact with me - making the renovation process far less stressful 3) Communication - I was holding a full time job and not living at the property. I could trust Greg to get on with the job quickly and effectively. I would (and have) recommended Greg to anyone looking for a high quality, low stress renovation. Cheers!

Greg did a total refurbishment of our upstairs bathroom and main bedroom in July 2023, which took 5 weeks. This involved knocking through a wall to incorporate a previously separate toilet into the new bathroom, removing some questionable historical plumbing which was causing poor water supply, and installing an entirely new bathroom suite. In the bedroom he removed some early-00s built-in storage, replastered and decorated and installed bespoke built in cupboards which look brilliant and offer far more storage than we had before, despite taking up far less space. The finished work is of a really high quality and has completely transformed our home! Greg is an absolute star - he provides extremely clear quotes, thinks about every small detail and it is clear that he really cares about doing the best job for his clients. It was a pleasure to work with such a diligent builder with polite and reliable workers and we will certainly work with him in future. Rahul & Mary
