Regular progress meetings are held on every contract, and require the attendance of major subcontractors and specialists. These meetings are vital to monitor progress of the works, and provide site management with continually updated information for use at site meetings with the client’s professional team. Equal care and attention is paid to all Health and Safety matters. This includes compliance with Statutory Health & Safety requirements and in particular the responsibilities of the Principal Contractor and maintaining our CHAS accreditation. The company’s safety advisers monitor all aspects of health, safety and welfare to ensure that company procedures are strictly observed. Greswolde’s objective is to ensure client satisfaction.
