I had the pleasure to deal with Mr Grumitt for a building valuation survey and for a maintenance project. I've always received prompt response to my enquiries and helpful advice. Altogether, I found the service at Grumitt Wade Mason to be very professional at a competitive price. I would highly recommend their service.

William surveyed my flat in early January, he spent no more than 15 minutes at my 1st floor flat. a little later on he called to ask if we were on the ground floor and what direction we faced! when we received the report it had clearly been copied and pasted from another letter as there was a paragraph mentioning a completely different flat!. I called to mention this and then received a letter with this paragraph deleted but this new letter stated that my flat had 2 bedrooms and not 3. I then spoke to William and he was most unpleasant to me he told me it was completely irrelevant how many bedrooms we had and I then asked if this was the case then why was it mentioned and as this is a legal document would it stand up in a court of law? I eventually received a 3rd corrected letter. I do understand that as humans we make mistakes but what upset me most was the manner in which he spoke to me, he was very unpleasant. the cost of this was £374.40 In my opinion I feel the service was unprofessional,unsatisfactory and I will not be recommending them

Very unprofessional in their approach to rectification of an ongoing problem with my property having said they could resolve the problem. I have given mr grumitt adequate time to initiate a professional response to my enquiry however now he has been paid he has chosen to ignore my complaint. I will be making an official complaint to the governing body at the RICS
