H M Bott Developments was established in 1970 by current Chairman, Michael Bott, a carpenter by trade and over the last 40 years, has been built into one of the leading contractors in the Worcestershire and South Midlands area.

The business is still family run with the current management headed by Michael and his son Adam running operations and a loyal and long-term workforce, many that have been working with the business over its lifetime.

H M Bott Developments core values are based on delivering the highest industry standards and exceptional customer care with a majority of our projects coming by way of referral and client recommendations. Our capabilities are extensive with specialists staff and our own extensive range of in-house plant and machinery, we have completed projects in major commercial contracting, house building, specialist barn conversions, heritage restoration and small works. These contracts have ranged in price from £1 million to smaller works that start from tens of thousands of pounds. We also offer plant hire civil engineering and demolition services in our portfolio.

With a team of skilled craftsmen, we have worked on a number of specialist conversions such as the multi-million-pound conversion of Norton Barracks, formerly home of the Royal Worcester Regiment, Redditch Needle Museum and Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre. These craftsmen are specialists in listed building work and heritage projects and have completed many specialist barn conversions to residential and commercial space.
