I was looking to have an ethernet box put in in the living room connected to another to be fitted upstairs, so i could connect my router to the one in the living room and then my pc upstairs via a wired connected to the wall. Before then I was using powerline adapters which I'd found to be unreliable for gaming. Mike made the process seem easy and got it done easily for me in one day. He was very clean and tidy (which I've found to be a rarity in my experience with tradesmen) and it's been working perfectly, such an improvement! He also moved the BT point for me so I could put the modem in a better and tidier place. While he was working he noticed some of our doors didn't catch as they should when shut, and that they would only shut when using the handle. We'd been plagued by these doors banging repeatedly whenever we had people in to do work and nobody said a thing. Mike fixed it for us within a matter of minutes and it's been such a relief! Thank you!

Workman cut through the phone line and we lost our broadband! Mike advised to move our master socket to my office rather than using my router off an extension cable. My speed feels 10x quicker. Spot on job *****
