Very prompt, arrived right on the time planned, and worked long hours to get the job done in the quickest time possible for me. Explained what he’d done at various stages of the process, and provided me with an information pack at the end of the boiler/parts he’d installed. Completed a thorough service check once installed and registered the boiler online before finishing. Cleared all waste away off site after and even vacuumed the areas he’d worked in, left the place really clean. Made the entire process quick, easy, and less stressful. Moreover, as the tenant was going on holiday, Adam went back to check that everything was OK and no leaks, and the day before the tenant returned he went back to turn the heating on.
