Graham the director always produces a detailed and thorough survey report that allows me to make an informed decision on important purchases.

Denitsa Tosheva5 StarWe have never had to use surveyors before and we were terrified of the abundance of surveyors and services we came across in our initial search. Some of the independent reviews of surveyors as a whole and advice online did not help either. But we had an issue with a property we just acquired and weren`t able to move into so we needed to seek help.
After our initial enquiry, we received a prompt reply from Mr Sullivan, despite it being the Easter holidays. He understood exactly what our concerns were and offered us a straightforward solution. At the appointment, he explained everything in simple language and gave us a lot of useful tips on how to further progress with our repairs. Our expectations were absolutely exceed by the dedicated and interpersonal service.
