The Buyer Beware Survey and the Structural / Building Survey, take in the region of 1½ - 2½ hours at the property. We encourage our clients to attend the property for an overview if they wish upon completion of the survey, or by discussing the results of the survey by telephone immediately following our attendance at the property.
