I purchased a Roper Rhodes vanity unit, sink and tap from here at a discounted price. Delivery was quick. My plumber had a concern about the overflow waste. I discussed this with Finn at HP&B who was very helpful in contacting the RR technical team and then impressive in checking back with me that I had a satisfactory answer. I'd recommend HP&B whether you're trade or public.

I was having real difficulty fitting a sink waste trap. Brought the trap in and some photos. Very helpful staff spent 20minutes sorting out a variety of solutions. They realised very quickly that my persistent leak at the waste pipe was the fact that I was trying to connect a 32mm pipe designed for a 40mm one. The trap I bought was too small. Very helpful staff who sorted out a solution and cost less than £8. Fitting took me twenty minutes (having spent hours before). Highly recommend. Much better than any superstore.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This morning (28.9.21) the guy at the counter went out of his way to help me with a toilet flush system that was leaking. Whereas Ashford Heating & Plumbing sold me the wrong replacement unit for £57, Hampton Plumbing gave me two new seals for £4.50 and some good advice. Anything in the bathroom appliance or plumbing line I need in future - I’m coming here.

I have been to several bathroom and plumbing places to get ideas and advice on how to update our 2 bathrooms and within budget. I was beginning to give up on the idea until I went to this place. A couple of guys, Finn and Gary, were absolutely brilliant. Finn advised me on good products, where I could save money, which things were worth spending a bit extra on. Really helpful guys and even made it fun buying toilets and taps!! Don't go anywhere else.
