Quality of the cabinets speak for themselves, but I would say how helpful the design process was and more importantly how responsive and considerate the aftersales service was . Anything that was missing or incorrect was rectified immediately with parts shipped within days which helped us and our fitters. They we also flexible on deliver dates and I as a customer I felt supported throughout. My only feedback would be, please allow recommendations of fitters and painters - would make the whole process less stressful! Would highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed by the service offered by handmade kitchens direct. It included a session with a designer which was extremely useful as I had ideas but wasn’t sure how to implement them. Michelle’s knowledge of the product was invaluable and she helped me get around some tricky areas such as the necessity for a curved end unit, cupboards fitted into awkward spaces and uneven ceilings. I was constantly updated during the process and delivery was stress free and on time. Aftercare service was also extremely helpful. A year on, I am still more than happy with the finished kitchen. As well as looking great, inside as well as out, the quality of the cupboards is excellent.

We’re delighted with our new kitchen from Handmade Kitchens. The staff were lovely and really knew their products, offering helpful suggestions to maximise storage space. We were nervous about measuring up the kitchen ourselves, but at every step of the way we had our hands held. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Handmade Kitchens. Their customer service is fantastic and the quality of our kitchen is exceptional. We initially looked at using a high street retailer to design and order our new kitchen but we were disappointed with how restrictive it was. At Handmade Kitchens you have much more flexibility with dimensions and design and therefore we ended up with a kitchen that we love! The price was very competitive and we also used the worktop company that they recommended and received a discount with this too. Thank you Handmade Kitchens!
