I have recently just used Hannath for the sale of a property. Having also using their rental service in the past I have always knew they were one of the best estate agents about. It was first class from start to finish. Got a great sale price and exceeded all my expectations. Great communication throughout which was exactly what I needed as this is my first time selling a property and was unsure of the process. I would recommend anyone thinking of selling to look no further. And a special thank you to Ciaran for all his help!! 😀

From our very first phonecall to Hannath Estate agents, purely to make a general enquiry about the new development and our interest in down sizing; we experienced highly professional, very down to earth and immediate facilitation of all the preliminary information we needed at the point of contact . Alistair was our first contact, .....journeying with us and enabled us to be informed and supported in the purchase of our new home. We received regular , honest updates as needed re the progression of the development..to enable us to have a time line in our own house sale and transition into the new build. It was clear to us that he was in regular contact with the builder throughout the whole process from beginning to end . At any point we felt assured that we could contact Alister with any questions / concerns. Always returned calls if he wasn't available at the time. What we worried about setting out on this transition was that it could be a very stressful and difficult experience . Alister and his team at Hannath Estate agents made a real difference to what has been a fantastic move for us to our new home
