The end of the first week on a local bathroom refurbishment. It didn't start well as the floor joists were rotten and the quality builders in previous years used under the floor as a skip. End of the week see's new floor, dry lined walls, a beautiful bit of plastering by Graham tuck. And the tray... A nice local job today. Fitting some extra radiators in a very cold extension. Whoever fitted the original radiator definitely got their calculations way out. I calculated the room needed 13,800 BTUs at 60 degrees. So two type 22 convector rads were fitted. And as it is a solid concrete floor, th... A call today to a customers waste disposal unit, as it was not draining away properly and was seized up. After inspection a 2p piece was found to be jamming the teeth. After a strip down and clean up the unit worked as it should and drained away lovely. And a happy customer as he didn't need to ...

We had a new toilet/shower room built from scratch and Dan did a great job from start to finish. He gave recommendations on products and also provided various design suggestions whilst in the process of doing the work. We have used him for lots of jobs (big and small) and he always provides a great service. I would definitely recommend him.

Dan has carried out all of our First Fix plumbing during a complete refurb of our property. We then used him to 2nd fix (fit out) the bathroom & en-suite as well as the kitchen. Dan has done a great job. He knows his stuff, and is always polite, helpful and throughly professional plumber 👍🏼
