So impressed with the minute I took on their services. Clear and to the point on what they offer and breakdown of exactly what will be done once they were in the property. The after care also in making sure everything in the report was explained even if we didn’t quite understand something placed in the report. Tom Freeman who is one of their surveyors has been fantastic in this process. Extremely helpful, professional and accommodating even when it’s not always been convenient but will always chat with us until we are re-assured our query has been resolved.
