We bought a house and they used Hatt cuboards and a few months in they started to show water damage. 2 stars because they replace it at first. Then a few months again later there is water damage. For a company that says they are luxury it seems this cuboards are disposable and have very bad quality. We have an ikea cuboard on the same kitchen and we have put the the steaming appliances at the bottom of the Ikea cuboard and to this day there is no water damage. Very disappointed. The replacement pieces arent cheap. Charge high for bad quality. Reply: FYI The damage now isnt from steam. Its near the washing machine. We removed every steaming device from you cuboards. Even if Ikea have the same advise you charging £130 for a door and we bought their set for around £80 and its doing really well than yours. All our steaming cooking appliances are under the Ikea. I dont think it is our fault now.

I have been trying to purchase a ridiculously high priced £4,000.00 breakfast bar for our kitchen that was already installed by Hatt kicthens. My enquiry has been going on since July 2021 and I am still yet to purchase as either the person I am dealing with has left (this happens a lot and their emails are not reviewed) or I just simply don’t get a reply. I have to chase this company every time I am needing a reply and get a message after a while saying someone will come back to me but never do. I have never had such terrible service!

Hatts designed and installed our kitchen. We couldn't be happier, they catered for every detail that we requested. The fitters, Chris and Sam were top class, really nice guys and very professional. The best kitchen company by far. We would most definitely recommend them. 5 star.

Kitchen doors supplied to the builder by this company failed after 4 years with peeling laminate. Lisa at Hatt was very very helpful (and would get 5 stars) but unacceptable delays encountered in receiving replacement doors due to 'problems with the laminate'...really AGAIN!? High gloss doors are pretty standard seems Hatt need to sort out the manufacturing to match the customer service. Still waiting for doors despite having had to pay to replace a faulty product as it was supplied by a third party ie house builder.

We still have a virtually perfect kitchen which was immaculately fitted in 1994 by Hatts. Pretty amazing! It has never looked obviously dated and is now a very fashionable look again. Going to look at replacing worktops but cabinets and even doors are still near perfect. 25 years on some recommendation!!!
