Haydown have been brilliant from start to finish. The design and ordering process was simple and we always felt genuinely welcome. The showroom was lovely and the list of options seemed endless! At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Nothing was to much effort and the final design was perfect. Delivery was quick and everything happened to the timescale we were quoted. The install was performed by Carl Lamb and his team and the final result is wonderful. The Quooker tap is incredible and whilst I hope I don’t have to anytime soon, I would use Haydown again without a worry.

We are extremely pleased with our new Nobilia kitchen from Haydown Kitchens. It's very easy to use and has everything we need. The quality of the handleless cabinets is superb, and there is an unbelievable amount of storage! We also love the quartz worktops. From the start, it was a pleasure to work with Lis and Chris. Their professionalism, advice with product choices and communication was great throughout the whole process. The kitchen had some awkward areas that have been successfully incorporated into the design, and minor problems which cropped up were sorted quickly, The whole installation process, carried out by Carl Lamb and his team also ran smoothly, with great attention to detail.

Lis and Chris have been exceptional. They supplied the kitchen for our self-build house and have been involved in the project for about 18 months - a lot longer than any of us were expecting (even after watching Grand Designs). Their patience and service throughout has been first-class. The kitchen was one of the first things to be designed and ordered as it influences how the floor and heating systems were built and installed. However, it is one of the last things to be fitted. During the installation Chris came to site a few times at very little notice to advise our fitters and often answered emails etc. out of hours. The product itself is just what we wanted and looks stunning. Price wise they were very competitive and nearly identical to the big high-street suppliers, but in my opinion the product is better, and the service certainly was. It’s also great to be able to support a local small business and if we find ourselves building again in the future, we’ll be going back.

We have recently moved into a new house in the area and needed to make some adjustments to the existing “new” kitchen. We called in to see Chris and Lis at their excellently presented studios. We were given a very warm welcome and Chris and Lis came out to see our kitchen that evening. Some of the changes we wished to make were complicated for sizing and matching of the existing furniture. However, Chris and Lis were up for the challenge and we quickly began to build our confidence that we were in the safest of hands. Soon we were called to see Chris and Lis in their studio where Chris spent time showing us the altered designs he had produced for our kitchen and utility room. They were thoughtful, attractive and above all practical. They turned our kitchen and utility rooms into much more efficient and useful spaces. Chris and Lis were engaging, patient and helpful. They had listened to our needs and provided excellent solutions. There was no pressure to buy just a genuine desire to help. We could not have asked for more from them: we would not hesitate to recommend their services and wide variety of kitchens to anyone wanting a new or updated kitchen from two very committed and personable professional kitchen designers and suppliers. We recently moved into a new property and went to Haydown for our kitchen renovation. From start to finish the whole process was very professional and enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone to use Haydown for any kitchen project. The product was very versatile had a never-ending list of paint colours to choose from. Thank you so much Chris and Lis. You made the whole experience stress free!
