A 120% positive experience. Ben turned down work that wasn't needed, fixed our problem, quickly and at a good price. We were so impressed with his service, we decided that a replacement boiler, being due, could be safely carried out by him. A week later, our previously cool house is toasty. Not only did he replace our boiler and flush our system, but he sorted out issues that lay within our previous installation. We subsequently had a timer problem, nothing to do with his installation, but the same day he had it sorted. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Ben was really helpful, fitted us in last minute and was always on time with what he had said he would be. Reasonable price and very fair on labour, too, actually charged less than we had been quoted. Would definitely use again and recommend, thank you Ben !

Hayes is brilliant! Very honest and took time out of his day to inspect our boiler, and gave us the best advise on how to get it sorted. Would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is honest and cares and does everything they can to get to you ASAP 😊

Ben helped us with an emergency boiler repair, he fixed the issue within 24 hours of our call. He was professional throughout the process, was clean and very polite. He explained every part of the repair and even had a replacement part if required available for a 23 year old boiler! all within 24 hours. Good value, super fast and professional service.
