Roger and his team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the construction industry. Roger spoke with me in depth about my career aspirations and offered advice on where my career should be heading to achieve them. Throughout the job search, Roger updated me frequently all the way up to my first job opportunity which was a perfect fit.
