We needed a plumber to check on our pipes and my friend recommended this company, I called them and they booked an appointment and visited us on time, they had masks and gloves and shoes covers. Plumber supposed to come around 9-10am, and eventually showed up at 12.30 once I'd called the company. Pretty frustrating for a pre-paid 'emergency' service. Guy who came was really annoying - patronising, rude, no respect for our home. In my experience people like that don't know nearly as much as they'd like you to think they know. Will definitely find someone else in future.
