Ordered all the stuff for the job, called last night left a message to check he's still coming, called this morning, several times as he was coming at 9, still no reply and have sent a text, very disappointed, after the great job you did on the boiler etc. I would of expected more. It only takes a 10 second text saying I'm sorry something has come up I will contact asap. Manners cost nothing however plumbers cost a fortune. Just had a response at 9.39, Better than nothing. Going from 0 stars to 2.
