I thought quality product and customer service and professionally fitted and looks good How wrong was I I had all my windows and doors replaced in my house which has been totally gutted and chose anthracite grey. the price was reasonable compared to others and customer service great and They look great when put in. I was even impressed that they even managed to replaced a damaged window frame that had deep gash through to the white frame the next day . I've had few problems with sliding patio door closing and put in down to expanding in summer heat. But then With all rain the plaster around window was wet. On outside there was trim down side so couldn't see anything. I removed trim to find gap nearly cm between frame and wall that they didn't even bother to fill expanding foam. I also found the gash in frame that they had just covered with trim If that's there idea of quality fitting then I'm going to do it properly myself and fill with foam first and then silicone. When I took the glazing bars out of sliding door they hadn't even packed around glass to stop frame movement. So To up quality product and customer service but fitting is rushed and not done to high standard which will cause problems over time even though may look good now

Had 7 old windows replaced, I must say they’ve done this so quickly and professionally, I couldn’t fault them at all, very very happy with it, will definitely recommend to friends and family. 😊

Great company that I would highly recommend After doing months of research on replacement windows I was referred to Heatshield They were Really professional from start to finish and put my mind at ease that what I wanted could be achieved . Competitive quotation received within a couple of days of them measuring up my first set of 15 windows That I needed replacing Windows arrived and installation completed without any problems . The installers Darren , mark and Carl were clean, tidy and professional, they made sure I was happy with the windows every step of the way, just make sure you keep them in tea and coffee 😊 I’m really pleased with the workmanship and happy that I decided to use Heatshield.
