Heatwave were brilliant, Arran attended our property at short notice. His advice and can do attitude was great. He took the time to problem solve an issue which if not resolved would have prevented the completion of a renovation project. Arran was knowledgable, and really understanding of our situation. The work was carried out to a high standard and the bill was 50% cheaper than I had been quoted by a company who refused to attend until I agreed to pay the minimum fee. I struggled to understand how someone could quote for work, having never seen the full extent of the work required. I was recommended Arran by a neighbour and will definitely use Heatwave again. Thank you again Arran.

Arron recently installed a bathroom for myself including all plumbing and tiling. He was very professional from start to finish and the standard of his work was first class. I am absolutely delighted with the result. As he was already in the property he also performed a service on my boiler. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.
