Absolutely AMAZING service, called out twice within a week for my mums very old boiler. Each time I rang they were there within a couple of hours & never took a penny of her for call out. This company has a real understanding of vulnerable customers. My mum is in her 70's, very frail and had no heating. Sam managed to get a new boiler ordered and fitted within 48 hours. The guys are all lovely as my mum is very wary of strangers, especially having them in her house but they were extremely patient with her and explained everything very clearly so she was able to understand. She was even happy to leave them in her house while she nipped out for an appointment which showed how trusting and at ease they made her. 1000% recommend

Heatwise are the most professional and efficient gas company I have ever used. Their communication throughout was fantastic and their work was outstanding. They understood that we have young children and worked around the times that we were available. I would definitely use Heatwise again and recommend them to friends and family.
