Rachel Davies1 StarVery disappointed and disgusted in the service I have been given. Attitude is very poor on certain members of staff. I am now stuck with a damage/faulty item that they have refused to replace or refund that’s was delivered damaged. The manager is very very rude and very condescending and talks down to you and refuses to accept responsibility and just passes blame to customer. I have asked to speak to the other manager on numerous occasions and have been ignored. Very very disgusted in the service. If I could score 0 I wouldWednesday 5th January 2022
