You can tell a lot about tradespeople and the ethic of their work by the cleanliness of their vehicle. His van was spotless. It is nice to see people take pride in what they do and how they go about their work.

Adam provided an exceptional service, very reliable and punctual. He was very knowledgable about the heating system and gave us advice on how to maintain our system. His work was very high quality, efficient and consultative. He cleared all the rubbish and cleaned the areas. There were no hidden costs and he manged to complete our work within a few days of giving us a quote. We can highly recommend Adam.

Initially called in Adam Hedges to check out a water leak from a twenty year old combi boiler. He arrived on time and, after carefully examining the boiler confirmed my thought that the time had come for a replacement. I requested an estimate and, on receipt of this engaged him to carry out the work. On the first day Adam and his workmate arrived early and immediately began work. Throughout the day they kept me informed of process and progress and, despite it being the hottest day of the year worked really hard. By the end of the day the old boiler was out and all traces removed. The new boiler was installed and a water supply restored. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and when they asked if they could leave some tools and equipment on site ready for the following day I happily agreed. Day two again saw a prompt arrival and commencement of work. Following the work of the roofing professional to fix the flue the system was up and running. A power flush of the system was carried out and all radiators checked. I was talked through the operation of the boiler and any questions I had were answered. The site was left clean and tidy and the plumbing work was immaculate. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending this plumber, he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He works in a very organised and professional manner and takes pride in carrying out a good job. See the photos of the finished work and the quality of the pipework supporting my submission.
