Constantly lied to us. After telling us they had received the goods for our order and it was waiting in their warehouse, delivery was two days late, and on the day they told us they were substituting what we had ordered (and paid for) with cheaper goods. We had no choice but to get our bathroom fitter to fit what we had delivered because he was already 2 days into the job and had ripped all the old tiles off the wall and got rid of the existing shower screen. After the job was finished I phoned up multiple times to get them to send an invoice of what we had actually received. Each time they promised to email an invoice that day, and nothing turned up. Repeated that for a few days and then gave up. The shower screen that arrived was smaller than the dimensions of what we ordered and paid for, and water goes over our bathroom floor. We will have to buying a replacement bath screen from another supplier, have the old one ripped our, and pay to have the new one of the correct size installed. I would take these cowboys to the small claims court, but it would be too much aggro to get a couple of hundred pounds back. To anybody reading this review: buy your new bathroom from anybody other than this bunch of rip off merchants.

I went into Herne Bay plumbing today after a what seems to be a discontinued toilet seat and a young man called Harrison served me and he couldn't of been more helpful didn't rush me out must of checked all his stock and catalogues I didn't have to talk to a machine (you know what I mean these days) . All I can say it was very refreshing these days to have such good service .In the future this will be the first place I go. Thanks

Excellent customer service and good advice from Adam. Didn't try and sell us unnecessary or expensive products just to increase sales. Good old fashioned, honest service from start to finish. Products arrived/delivered as planned and were excellent quality. Would thoroughly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
