I highly recomend this shop. My experience with them was great. So much better than trying to do it all online! I had a bathroom and en-suite to fit from scratch and they were very patient with me and talked me through all the options. They allowed me to add to my order for a couple of months and then I took advantage of the discount offers they have. They also were very flexible with delivery and allowed me to store some kit in their warehouse until my builders were ready for it. Now both my bathrooms are fitted, I'm enjoying the high quality of the kit I bought from this shop. All very beautiful, well-made stuff. Thank you guys - keep up the good work. :-)

really bad experience. firstly, he gave wrong advice on a TRV (standard) thread. Secondly, He sold me a pipe what wasn't the right size (he had labelled it incorrectly), Thirdly they were a tad rude, lastly and most importantly they will charge you FAR higher than market rates. Shop elsewhere, and don't be tricked into it being convenient.

Excellent service. I went in for a replacement shower head, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They let me know what had caused the problem with my existing shower head and how to fit a replacement. They also had an extensive range of replacement options.
