Neil Steffen5 StarHonestly such a lovely company to deal with. Building a house has been so stressful at times and there is a constant feel with trades and services that you are not getting good value for money.
Home-Approved are by far the best company I have dealt with in the whole process and make their best efforts to help you. Jill Sutcliffe is so lovely, attentive and always on hand to speak to you.

The report was extremely thorough and the inclusion of repair cost estimates really helped us get a grip on what work would need doing. We also used them when we extended the property and needed a party wall agreement.
