We are celebrating our 29th Year in business, successfully managing Residential Properties for Landlords in Northern Ireland. We care about our Landlords and We care about our Tenants. Established in 1994 and originally located in Holywood, Co. Down, we made the switch to a virtual office in 2015. Adding flexibility to our location has enabled us to now cover Belfast City Centre, County Down, County Antrim and into County Armagh. We are always available to meet our Landlords or Tenants in person by prior appointment.

My partner and I rented a city centre apartment from HMSNI for just over 3 years. During this time any queries were responded to swiftly, any repairs needed were made ASAP with no fuss, and any problems were dealt with completely. HMSNI is only a small team of people, which allows you to know them by name, and I think they genuinely care about the tenants as well as the owner. We only moved out of the apartment because we wanted a pet and the owner was not in a position to allow this. I would recommend HMSNI to anyone. Friendly, fair and genuine!

I had the pleasure of renting an apartment from Home Management Services over this past year. The apartment itself was in a great location, reasonably priced and in immaculate condition. From the beginning of the move in process, the team were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made for a very smooth process. We rented a beautiful property from Home Management Services while we searched for somewhere to buy on our return to Northern Ireland. The rental property was reasonably priced and any occasional problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was a slight misunderstanding towards the end of our tenancy but this was resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Management Services to prospective tenants or landlords.
