Howdens - Bridge Of Don

A little disappointed in quality control. The last 4 kitchens I have ordered have had damaged units, damaged worktops, missing feet. I can't complain about customer service however, it has been excellent. I have been using Howdens since they started, with Shrieber carcases. Little disappointed of late as finding I am having to inspect everything before fitting, which never used to be the case. Sometimes imperfections are not noticed until after fit. I can't assign blame to depot as a lot of the issues come straight from manufacturing. Would recommend better improvements in quality control, handling and storage. I got my kitchen and appliances 4 years ago from Howdens Bridge of Don. All guarantees were expired. I had slight issue and I contacted the store. I spoke to a duty manager Derek who could not have been more helpful and my problem was resolved. After 4 years Howdens were still offering excellent after sales customer service.

Covid compliant. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. These premises are TRADE ONLY IN REGARDS TO PURCHASING ITEMS. You can look, they can design kitchens too, but items HAVE to go through a Tradesmans account!

Helpful staff but dodgy way of doing it. They refused to give us price until we booked a joiner and for him to get the price instead of us the payer
