Howdens - Bromsgrove

To all of the Bromsgrove staff who dealt with my order in purchasing a double kitchen for the Charity work on the 3rd Bromsgrove Scouts Hut. They all went above and beyond in organising the kitchens to delivering. Outstanding. Will continue to you use Howdens Initial purchase and delivery and general quality of product was very good. However we now need to replace a couple of doors for our kitchen 2 years after purchasing. The colour we had has now been discontinued and we can't get replacements. After enquiring with our local branch, we have been promised a call back to see if we can get replacements, but after nearly 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to the branch i still have no idea if they are available. I am just told they are waiting to hear back? The staff at the branch are friendly and helpful but I feel they are lacking support from Howdens head office. I can't imagine how I am expected to replace an entire kitchen just 2 years after purchasing because 2 doors need replacing. How is the warranty supposed to be upheld if the parts are not available? We were told when we bought the kitchen that replacement doors are always available on a same day basis, this clearly was not explained to us correctly. I understand kitchens have to be updated from time to time but I would expect replacement doors for recently purchased discontinued lines to be made upon request. I wasn't going to leave a negative review, but you contacted me asking me to leave feedback. I hope somebody at howdens reads this review and can help us.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Katie and Kelly at Howdens in Bromsgrove. They provided me with exceptional customer service. Both Katie and Kelly are very knowledgeable on the extensive range of products that Howdens offers, and their expertise was invaluable in helping me make informed decisions. Katie, in particular, was very helpful in the design and supply of two beautiful kitchens, one of which was to modernise a 200 year old cottage. Katie listened attentively to our needs and preferences, and using CAD software, quickly translated them into stunning designs. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she ensured that every aspect of the kitchens was perfect. We're very happy with the finished product, which not only looks stunning, but has proved to be very high quality and durable.

We've just had a new Howdens kitchen installed. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Andy (Designer) came up with a classic & practical design, with modern twists, maximising all space available. We made a few little tweaks along the way & nothing was ever too much trouble. Howdens were always quick to respond to any queries & accommodated all changes with ease (special thanks to Michelle & Andy). The whole process was easy from start to finish & the quality of all units & appliances is phenomenal too. Thanks so much Bromsgrove Howdens. Highly recommended business!

The people who work in howdens in bromsgrove are excellent especially the young man but all are so friendly and helpfull polite .they definitely run and maintain an excellent branch.thankyou again for all your help .
