I have been using Howdens for about 20 years , i was convinced to switch from Magnet by my foreman, i have not bought any other kitchens since, (at least 150 kitchens) the exceptions have been for my own home, i bought German kitchens from Liecht, my next personal home i will fit Howdens, they have become unbeatable ,and quality I had the misfortune of being sent from another depot to here to pick up a unit. I was waiting about 15 mins to be served but the guy on the counter seemed like he had no idea. I believe his name is Cory. There were only 2 other customers ahead of me yet no one else came to the counter. So when one of the other customers pointed out I was only collecting and didn’t look happy I said that yes I wasn’t happy as each time I had come to this branch I was left waiting a very long time to be served. Corey’s response was “ if your not happy then go somewhere else”. Now I’m sorry but that is a disgraceful attitude to a customer especially one that buys multiple kitchens from howdens every month. Was I expected to then stand there like a child and beg to be served? Disgusting attitude from a terrible branch. I will never return there. Must be awful management there to allow firstly customers to wait so long to be served and then to allow staff to speak to customers like that. My advise is avoid this branch at all costs

Called up to order a kitchen required urgently and spoke to a lovely man named Michael. Extremely helpful. Sorted the whole order out in 15 mins. Went beyond to help out considering the back log due to lockdown of businesses. Hard to find great c.service these days, so thank you for organising so quick. Highly recommend.

Have used other branches of Howdens in the past who have been great. Michael from this branch has been nothing short of appalling in terms of time keeping, listening to the customer and having the correct items ordered and delivered!! I should have known it was going to be an awful experience when he had to re-create my kitchen plan FOUR times. My kitchen was installed a month ago and we returned a few items as we didn't need as many end panels etc as was ordered. Over a month has passed and I am STILL waiting for a response from Michael. I called again two weeks agoa nd he told me to email him and he will deal with it. Still no response from him so I ha to call him today. Michael refused to give me an answer to my questions about my refund and kept saying he will deal with it later so I asked to speak to the Manager - Mark. Having just spoken to Mark, he then tells me that he cannot talk to me about the MY KITCHEN, cannot give me a itemised list of my returns and exchanges on MY ITEMS and he told me he CAN'T discuss directly with me and that I have to speak to my builder as its HIS ACCOUNT, YET they were happy to speak to my directly when I was placing the order! I asked my builder last month about the refunds and he who told me to speak to Howdens directly as I have been doing for MONTHS since placing my order!!!!! Effectively they only happily speak to you "about the builders account" PAY them money but will not talk to you directly when they owe you a refund. Howdens are a fantastic company and I will continue to use them but I would NOT recommend the Harlesden branch!!!!

Great experience all around. Next day delivery, they even called to check in everything was ok with the order. Couldn't recommend it more.

My experience it’s bad with this place I used many different branches which good experience but this one it’s worst They send different kitchen to us - client order for paint fronts and they send laminate .now have to send to specialist spray paint witch cost me much more Charge for items witch never arrived and never refund for it Very hard people to deal My experience was with Dee- not recommend
