angela conway5 StarI was very pleased with the service I received before Christmas from Nichola the kitchen designer. I watched my design being created on a large screen at a safe distance in her office. All Covid precautions were taken to keep myself and the staff safe. I received several designs by email so that I could make my final choice. The goods have arrived and they will look amazing when fitted. I will use this design service again.Monday 1st February 2021
Hilary Ip1 StarMany items missing in the delivery, oversold multiple items into the quote so worker could get a higher commission (hard to understand the itemised quote, didn't realise until builders came to fit the kitchen), unprofessional with advice/ designing (sold laminate worktop along with a Belfast sink, a combination that doesn't work in practice). Issues have yet to be rectified. Overall, poor experience.Friday 10th April 2020
