Patricia Whittaker3 StarVery poor customer service from kitchen planner. Went to the depot to choose cupboards and worktops etc. and spoke to planner three times over the phone. On each occasion I was being rushed because he was busy, so got the feeling I was being a nuisance. In the end, communications broke down to such an extent, I felt I had no option but to instruct the fitter to order my kitchen from another branch. Sent an email to the manager, got no response or apology. Have given three stars as kitchens are lovely.Monday 27th July 2020
