Unsatisfactory company to work for. Probationary Contract in the warehouse was terminated during the holy month of Ramadan because my work/work-rate was ‘inadequate’ yet religious considerations were not taken into account, even after they said they had been. This isn't the first time hearing about how Howdens as a company does not live up to their promises. After emailing the company (as I was told to do) I got no reply.

Appalling after sales. Due a refund for item not used. They ignore all emails & do not return calls after speaking to receptionist who said would get back that day (2 separate occasions)

I've dealt with 3 Howdens branches and this Penge one is the best! All team members super friendly and seem to really care about getting you the right kitchen.

I had an excellent service at this branch and I was served by the manager name of Adam who was very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed. On my second visit I made a purchase and on the third the other counter staff served me they were all very friendly and respectful and I was very pleased with the service I received I shall be visiting this branch again when I need more products. I recommend this branch the parking is very easy for loading your products thanks a lot team😊👏👏👏
