Howdens - Weybridge

Ordered some doors , had a very helpful person at the end of the phone the guy who delivered the doors was really helpful Only negative feedback , it would be helpful to receive a text or email with a date and time of the delivery other then that , top company will definitely be using again on the next project The design service was really quick and easy and made visualising the kitchen and choosing different options very easy. All staff have been extremely helpful and when we ordered a few extras deliveries have been super quick. Great customer service, and so friendly!

Good quality products. The staff are nice when you first go in for a quote etc. Once the process begins and you’ve paid, however, lots of issues began. The staff member we dealt with for most of the process was extremely rude and threatening at times. We got the wrong amount of supplies upon first delivery. Then they took excess money from us because we had “excess” supplies. We didn’t. We finally just had the right amount. This money was never returned, despite my many attempts at resolving it. Would use Howdens again but not this specific branch sadly.
