Recently was looking at a house to purchase, naturally needed to get a survey completed. Howe chartered surveyors popped up on a search. Checked out the reviews, all looked good, so went along. Great help from Daisy. Survey was completed within a few days, and report arrived 3 days later. Highly recommended. I used for a full building survey as a prospective purchaser. All staff at HCS were very helpful, quick to respond, and went the extra mile to make sure all of our queries were satisfied. Spencer was very thorough, and took time to answer additional queries over the phone. I could not fault the level of service and would definitely use HCS again.

Impressed - Survey report was very detailed, as hoped for (except for a couple of typos, which were quickly rectified, in fairness), but it was the "after-sales" service from Cally in particular was the real stand-out. Very conscientious and authentic.
