Mr Smith has been excellent so far, he has kept us well informed throughout the entire process and has been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even through lockdown he has contacted us the day any changes took place and was very responsive. His report was very thorough and in-depth. It is clear he is very knowledgeable and experienced.
