I'm currently undergoing renovations on a recent house purchase and Hype Building were recommended to me. I couldn't be happier that they were are as everything from communication to the job itself have been excellent. I needed some walls knocking through and stronger ceiling joists installed to stop the new ceiling from sagging once the walls were gone. John came to the property and discussed the job and then got back to me with a no obligations quote. Once the timbers arrived John cracked on immediately and I was more than impressed at how quick and the quality of work done. It's completely transformed the look of the house already. The place looks far bigger now. I guess it can be likened to when any overly hirsute males do some self grooming, the sheer difference in appearance and perception of size that can be achieved is incredible. In all seriousness, from beginning to end the process of using Hype Building Ltd has been a joy. John not only fulfilled what was asked but also took the time to make the job better than what I had asked for. He knows his stuff, is laid back, has a good laugh with you and gets the job done to the highest standards. We'll absolutely be using Hype for all other planned work in the future! Thanks Hype!

We contacted Hype Building after watching their YouTube videos. Although we are about 35 miles away today John came to see us and view our potential building issues. After spending sometime with John, we came up with a short term plan for me to implement and a longer term plan for full refurbishment. We will definitely be using Hype Building for these works. John was personable, polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of building work and full of common sense. Moreover he was not interested in taking money until a full solution could be provided. A refreshing approach in a world full of "noise". My dad was a carpenter and I had the good fortune to learn a lot from him. John clearly knows what he is talking about and has a passion for his trade. John was a pleasure to meet and we look forward to working with him and his team. We would definitely recommend Big John and Hype.

As an individual with limited building/construction knowledge I contacted Hype to arrange an appointment where we could evaluate a potential property. An appointment was arranged within 72 hours and as promised I was met by likeable guy called John who clearly had considerable building knowledge. Over the course of the next 45 minutes he evaluated all aspects of the property giving advice and constructive comments. Considering his advice was given without any guarantee of future work or payment I think it’s testimony to the way Hype have grown their business. Full credit to Hype and their professional but amiable approach!
