Ian put a kitchen extension and patio in for me. I have been so impressed by the quality of works from day 1 through to completion. Any issues were dealt with quickly and the communication was first class. All of Ian’s team were conscientious and put in a lot of hard work which ensured the extension was completed quickly and to a very high standard. I could not be happier, thank you Ian.

Ian and his team did a superb job on our extension and house alterations From the first visit, Ian was happy to give advice on the plans and explain how he would go about the work. He gave us a detailed estimate and, once the work was underway, he was always prepared to spend time explaining what was being done, and why. Ian is an excellent project manager and a great problem solver. He kept the project on track when the design was changed because the structural engineer had made mistakes in the drawings. Ian was also very willing to listen to our ideas as work progressed, and was happy to make small changes to the plans. The team (Luke, Cameron, John, with occasional appearances by Tom) were first-rate - great workmanship, always punctual, and very friendly. We recommend Ian Rice Building Services without any hesitation.
