The project – known as Chelsea Waterfront – involved the full redevelopment of the disused Lots Road Power Station. It is a multi-tenure and mixed-use scheme with residential units that includes luxury apartments and affordable housing, as well as commercial and green spaces. Our clients are at the core of how we work, and we’re always looking at how we can offer them better value by improving outcomes and being more agile, or finding solutions where others cannot. Built on the grounds of a former equestrian paddock, Southfield Farm is a development of 20 traditional Cotswold stone, cottage style homes. The design compliments the picturesque surroundings and is nestled in the undulating hills of North Oxfordshire.
