From initial contact we found them to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at getting back to us. Once we arranged for them to go and visit the property, we were pleased to receive a full and very detailed report extremely quickly offering advice and pointing out any defects. This was incredibly helpful as we aren't able to travel out to view the property ourselves at the moment due to the pandemic, they picked up on things that we wouldn't have seen or known about had we done it ourselves. My neighbour had refused to use an agreed surveyor and instead appointed a party wall surveyor who raised a number of detailed questions which Beau and Sadek answered rapidly.
