Very impressed with the traditional range of products and enjoyed visiting the showroom. We purchased Imperial toilet and basin and appreciated that the products are high quality. Staff was polite and professional and went the extra mile to really help us, highly recommend.

We're an independant bathroom retailer that has dealt with Imperial for many years. The service we have received this year has been nothing short of terrible. We have been waiting for months and months (over 1/4 of a year now) for items which should take no longer than a month at most to produce. You ring the office for updates who don't ring you back and you have to constantly chase. You get a delivery date but then they move it. No one has been in touch to apologise or to offer any alternative solutions. We have had to hound the poor rep for updates who seems to get as much information as us (none). Luckily, our customer has been incredibly understanding but Imperial have done absolutely nothing to help us or them. I feel terrible leaving a negative review but feel we have little other choice. Unfortunately, we can never again recommend Imperial Bathrooms. We have, however, placed orders with Burlington and Heritage and have had no issue.
