I’ve had the best experience with this company! Could not rate them any more...only wish there were more stars! We first went into their showroom a year ago when we were still planning our kitchen and Raquel, Jasmine and Peter have all been amazing to work with since then. I had an XL size kitchen with a very complicated island and even though they were £2k higher than our Wrens kitchen quote, their quote included (which wrens didn’t) matching internal carcus, 4 lighting features, top of the range spice racks and corner pull outs and a larger sized island than the initial design quoted by wrens. These guys have such a huge selection of colours and materials to choose from. Fully detail pro formas which outline every tiny detail of what you are ordering. On top of that, their carcus comes with a 20yr guarantee and doors come with a 10yr guarantee which is amazing vs. most other companies. This means if anything breaks, they will repair or replace. The guys were so accurate with fittings, obtained a full list (including model numbers) of all appliances I had bought separately for them to ensure all dimensions were on point! The kitchen got fitted in July this year once our entire house build was finally ready and the guys have been super patient with the build and made every effort to time in the delivery with our timeline. Due to how complicated my island was, at my request, Raquel personally went to the factory to label up every single inch of the units to match the plans just to ensure builders would be fine to fit (not that my builders couldn’t figure it out, they are brilliant too but I requested just to be 100% that there would be no errors). They also came to meet builders and go through the design with them - was so good to see 2 different teams work so well together. On top of this, they threw in a last minute custom made utensil tray made out of the same wood carcus at my last minute request - free of charge which was super lovely of them and it looks fantastic! I think the best part of this company was when one wooden door and one glass door frame came a little damage, as a customer who had builders working on site, you always worry there may be a dispute as to who damaged this. But as soon as I called Raquel, she told me they would replace both items immediately and did so at no extra cost to us. The new wooden door was changed by them within 2 days and the glass framed door within 2 weeks due to it having to come from Germany. To me that was super quick given the COVID pandemic we were in at the time. So pleased with them that they are now doing my parents kitchen which is due to be delivered towards the end of Sept. can’t wait for it to come! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! :)

We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. If you are looking for something unique, this is definitely the place you should be, they have things I didn’t even know existed. Quality and fit is flawless, everyone enjoys being in the kitchen now. This is a well deserved 5 star. Cheers, James

Raquel was really helpful when I contacted Impress Kitchens, as I needed a price for small kitchen refurbishment. I was impressed by the quick turnaround, Raquel's flexibility and her attention to detail. In the end my plans changed, and I didn't go ahead with the kitchen, but I'd be happy to approach them for any future projects.

Kitchen cupboard doors replaced great quality Product fitted perfectly and fitter cleaned his area as he went. The price was a double bonus about two thirds of alternative quotes. I had searched on and off for 4 to 5 years for cupboard doors. So hard to find trust worthy operatives and a great quality product. Thank you Imprest Kitchens.
