Really impressed with this company. Rang on Monday as the boiler wouldn't fire up. Couldn't get an appointment until Wednesday but Andy popped round anyway at the end of the day, on the off chance it was a quick easy fix. Got the boiler working and arranged for a boiler service (long overdue from the last time they did it...my fault not there's) on Wednesday. Service duly completed at a very reasonable price.

Couldn't recommend highly enough! Very pleased we chose this company over the others we had quotes from locally. Steve and his apprentice were lovely and very professional in replacing our boiler, even ironing out an aesthetic niggle we had with no problem at all. Felt treated like a valued customer which is very rare these days!

We've been using In Control since being in our house so 28 years. Always do a great job, very friendly. Just had a traditional grey coloured radiator fitted in our hall to replace an old white eyesore of a radiator. Great job as always by John and son.

Prompt, Friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very covid conscientious, takes more than adequate protection measures when entering the home to make you feel comfortable and safe. Will definitely be using them again and i wouldnt have any issue recommending the company at all.

Had new combi boiler installed by Steve and his team. They took a full day to put boiler in and the following day cleaned the system completely. During that time they were very clean and efficient in what they did. Would recommend them to anyone. Remember to keep the kettle on the boil as they enjoyed their tea.
