Promises of ‘if there’s any problem after we’ve installed the kitchen we will come back and fix them’ are untrue.
Once James has your money that’s it. You won’t see him again. Try and you get rude curt responses and then no response.
It is cheaper compared to other companies but you know that with more reputable companies that the kitchen will be installed to a high standard and if there are problems then someone will fix them. The guarantee means something.
