We wanted to undertake a partial re-fit of our bathroom, including changing the bath for a Phoenix spa bath, new washbasin, new furniture, flooring and wall coverings. We went to Inspira because they are an accredited supplier of Phoenix products. Inspira wouldn't take on our project because it wasn't a complete bathroom re-fit but, from the outset, they went out of their way to be helpful. Eventually, when I explained that I couldn't find anyone to take on our job, Inspira agreed to bend their rules and gave us a price for doing the work. Other events have intervened so we aren't using Inspira now, but they were so helpful that I'd, gladly, recommend anyone seeking high-quality bathroom work to give them a try.

Inspira were wonderful, from measuring to design to installation. Laura, who we dealt with, with a pleasure to work with and understood exactly what we wanted, she even managed to source the mirror I wanted for cheaper than the website I saw it on. The guys that installed were efficient, clean and really canny. Thy kept us in the loop with any updates and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. It's beautiful.
